Shipping policy

  1. Delivery Region: We currently deliver within South Africa only.
     

  2. Processing and Dispatch: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. The delivery ETA will be confirmed by way of email within 24 hours of dispatch.
     

  3. Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location (main city centres vs. outlying areas). We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. We recommend that customers place orders well in advance of any planned events.
     

  4. Shipping Costs and Regional Exceptions: Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
     

  5. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number to let you monitor the progress of your delivery.
     

  6. Transfer of Risk & Liability: Risk of loss and title for the Product pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We accept responsibility only for items that are signed for upon delivery. Once an order is confirmed as delivered by the carrier (signed for), we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
     

  7. Proof of Delivery (POD): A signature from a responsible person over the age of 18 is required upon delivery. If no one over 18 is available to receive the order, the delivery will not be completed, in compliance with the Liquor Act.
     

  8. Unsuccessful Delivery and Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will follow their standard re-delivery procedures. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
