We genuinely thank you for choosing Duwa Gin! We hope you love our Gin. Your happiness is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your purchase to us for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of alcohol products and liquor licensing laws, we cannot accept returns of opened Duwa Gin bottles.

Accepted Returns (Exceptions): We will accept returns only in cases of: Defective Product, Incorrect Product delivered, or Damaged Product received in transit. You must contact us at info@duwagin.co.za within Seven (7) days of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage. You must also retain all original packaging.

Unopened Product Returns: For unopened Duwa Gin bottles, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery, subject to:

Product being in original, unopened, and resalable condition (seals intact).

The Customer paying all return shipping costs.

Refund Processing: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellation: Cancellation of orders by the client before dispatch will attract a 0% administration fee. If the Product is unavailable, we will refund the client in full within 30 days.
