We guarantee Easy Returns & Exchanges

• Change of mind: Within 14 days from delivery. Bottles must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition.

• Damaged/incorrect: Tell us within seven (7) days from delivery with photos together with your order number, and we will replace or refund.

• Exclusions: Opened bottles, custom/personalised items, and gift cards.

• How: Email info@duwagin.com for a return authorisation. Refunds are processed 10 - 15 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Free Shipping: On orders of 3 bottles or more. Shipping is calculated at checkout and includes insurance for added peace of mind.

• Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
